Here is a breakdown of the delivery methods

We ship from multiple locations to ensure efficient service and offer delivery anywhere in South Africa, whether in the bustling city or a serene oceanside, we have you covered! 

 

All Parcels and Decor Pieces

For all shipments, we need you to be there to sign on the dotted line when the delivery arrives. 

All items can only be sent to the original shipping address you provided during checkout.

If you are not sure how a specific piece will be delivered, have any questions about the delivery process, or need further assistance, message our Team at info@woodkainteriors.com and include your order number.

 

Product Availability 

We want you to know that a lot of the cool stuff we feature is in limited quantities and availability. Once it's gone, it might be gone for good and won't show up on the website again. We do our best to remove items promptly when they're out of stock.

Just a heads-up – if you've got your eye on larger items or special orders, they might take a bit longer. We're working on it, and if you have any questions, contact us at info@woodkainteriors.com. 

 

A Note on Delivery

We can only send your goodies to the original address you provided during checkout. For a hassle-free delivery, make sure to include an active phone number and email address. This way, our local delivery team can coordinate with you for a convenient drop-off time.

Oh, and quick note – we don't hang onto items for more than 5 business days if we haven't scheduled a delivery. If things drag on, the carrier might send your stuff back, and in that case, you'll get store credit, not a refund. If anything happens to your items after that timeframe, it's not on us. 

 

Delivery times

Depending on availability and once we've received your payment, we'll work on processing your requests within 3 to 7 business days. Once everything is set, an email will be sent to confirm the delivery.

You can expect your order to reach you within 3 to 7 business days from the date sent to you on the order confirmation.

Just so you know, we can't guarantee a specific date and time for dispatch or delivery. We're doing our best, but it's a bit unpredictable. 

Our courier service is ready to deliver from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We've got your weekdays covered for a seamless delivery experience!

DAMAGED ITEMS

Should your item arrive in less-than-perfect condition? Make a note of the damage when you receive the delivery. After that, give a shout-out to our Customer Experience Team at info@woodkainteriors.com. Please include your order number, and if you can snap some pics of the damage and how it was packaged, that'd be super helpful. We'll jump on it right away to sort things out for you. Your satisfaction is our priority!

 

Returns: Just a couple of things 

We're confident in the quality of our products, but we get it – sometimes things don't quite fit the way you envisioned. No worries, though. If you change your mind about a piece or it doesn't quite work in your space, you can return select items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Make sure the pieces are unused, haven't been installed, and are still in their original packaging. Send us an email at info@woodkainteriors to kick off the return process.
  • If you prefer using your own return shipping method, no problem. Just reach out to us to snag a return authorization number. Once you've got that, pack up the items in their original condition, and we'll hook you up with the return address. Easy peasy!
  • Our amazing customers handle the return shipping charges. When we process your refund, it'll go back to the original payment method, minus the initial shipping fee and the return shipping fee. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item you got is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Once you've sent the return our way, give us 3-5 business days to check things out and get that refund rolling. We'll send you an email once it's all done.

 

FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE ITEMS & MADE TO ORDER PIECES:

Anything labeled as final sale, clearance items, and our made-to-order pieces (like artwork) is final sale. No returns or exchanges.

We provide a convenient option for you with Pudo Locker to Locker pick-up points available for all locations and Pargo collection points. The pricing will be determined based on the dimensional weight of your shipment. This way, you can choose a pick-up point that suits you best, making the delivery process even more flexible.
